The office regularly hosts social and well-being events, such as Fika Fridays, team get-togethers, competitions and away days, encouraging all to join in and take a break from the day-to-day. Annual shopping vouchers are issued to staff each December to help with the holiday expenses.
Annual Discretionary Bonus
Bonuses are both profit related and based on performance. These are paid in July each year.
Pension and Life Assurance
Employer pension contributions are paid into the firm’s Guernsey pension scheme (eligible after probationary period) at a percentage of the individual’s salary. Life Assurance cover is also provided.
